I got the 100cm booth. The 360 is easy to assemble. I love the fact that the camera handle is adjustable which makes it easy to adjust based on people's height. It definitely met all my expectations and the free 4-months chacktok app is a great addition. I love the chacktok app. It is easy to use, great updates come up and they continue to improve it.

Finally, the customer service (5star!!!!). They are very responsive, happy to help, and they ensure to answer all your questions promptly to ensure satisfaction.

The only suggestion I have is to have some spare wheels for the briefcase included in the package.

Clearly, one of the best 360 Photo Booth manufactures that exist.

Me and my company started a 360 photo booth service company in 2022. And we have been fortunate to grow the business to have three booths and three different teams to service our areas. This is the first booth that allows for adjusting the height of our camera, based upon the individual or groups that stand on the platform.

Simply outstanding, they have simply integrated the arm within an industrial type of selfie stick, that adjust for any height. This has also allowed us to meet the needs for those individuals in wheelchairs, that we put on the booth and lower the arm to an appropriate height. This includes for children as well.

Clearly, outstanding!!! Now the customer service of the company is also the best! They are easy to communicate with, courteous and respectful, very professional, and every time I’ve communicated with them, they have replied and responded while meeting our needs.

Simply the best!

As a party and events planner this piece of equipment is a prime piece of machinery that's currently making its rounds of popularity as a party attraction. Firstly, the camera was quick and easy to set up per the instructions, the built-in software paired well with my iPhone which added to the quality of the outputted images. Also, the aftermarket support provided by Zanogi's representatives more than reassured me of the quality of the camera.

I started my business 2 Years ago and had a smaller machine that gave out on me during an event.Embarassing.I then took a chance on ordering a bigger 360 machine, buy was undecisive with different vendors.I then reached out to a few and went off how well the response time was with my concerns. Lets just say I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I ordered the biggest machine they had ,so unpacking the machine I definitely had to wait for assistance.The set up is straight forward and easy to follow.This is definitely my go to company. Lets just say mu first event was a very big hit.They have great follow up time and will respond back quickly to solve any concerns that you come up with. My logo delivered exceptionally quick.. Overall i would give 10/10.

I ordered the machine and kept looking how do I get the logo? Found it in the previous review and also in the descriptions. Once I contacted the number I found I was answered right away and was then assisted with creating my logo for the machine! They also shipped it with Fed express. There are good at communicating and helping and I loved that. I was able to put the machine together myself pretty easy. Haven’t used it yet but so far so good. And the case it comes in it’s perfect! It’s a bit heavy but comes with wheels for easier travel access

This 360 was way better than I expected. For the price I would highly recommend. I bought one previously from another company that didn’t even measure up to this one. The one I bought from another company was more expensive but smaller and didn’t come with nothing else, but this one is way bigger and it came with so many thing’s extra ex: logo sticker, props, ring light , battery packs & extra parts. I give it a 10/10 👌🏽
Ps. When it came down to them sending your logo, the communication that was displayed was awesome. They stayed on top of my order from start to finish.

Last but not least the representatives were extremely kind, helpful and very patient. No matter how many times and or changes I needed done they assisted from the beginning to the end. I had a mix up where I received my Photo Logo and the logo wasn't in the package. I contacted them and they didn't hesitate to resolve my issue and sent me another immediately. I will definitely recommend this product.

I ordered the 360 video booth and it’s wonderful and the customer service is outstanding. I had some issues and concerns and they resolved immediately. I’ve done two parties already and so far so good. Thank you photo booth 360

I love my 360 booth it came in 3 days everything was in it ..they even made my logo for free once I sent it to them after I got my 360 ..I reached out to them with my concerns they fixed it with no problems definitely recommend ordering from them ..they reach out to you making sure that u got everything and making sure your a happy customer..if u need any help with the app theyll guild u and sent u info helping with the concern. I haven’t really use it yet to know exactly how the app works but once I’m ready I’m sure I can reach out to them again ..they been such a big help! Thanks again zanogi

I’m an event planner so I am always looking to add things to my business! I got this at a great price! I have not had any issues thus far! I absolutely love the sellers communication! She checked on me from the day I purchased the item! And I didn’t know how to work the app and she got me tech support pretty quick! The communication turn around is amazing! And I love they are always available to help with any questions! Also delivery was pretty quick! It is HEAVY so be aware that you will need help at events! But it feels sturdy! I haven’t used mine at an event yet! Will update later when I use it at an event!

I received my 360 and it was really easy to assemble I did have problems adding music so I contacted customer service and Brandon called me back the next day he was very patient and he walked me through adding the music his customer service was excellent he even did a follow up call two days later and I still can’t take him for troubleshooting and he responds very timely this photo booth was a very good purchase and I am considering buying another one I highly recommend this vendor became I’m a stickler for customer service. They also took my order for the custom logo and they designed it exactly how I wanted it.
