Sometimes you may have problem when using 360 photo booth: the battery has power but the remote control is not working. What can you do when having this problem?
Normally, our machine and remote control are paired before delivery, and can be used directly after installation.
If you find the remote control can’t work, just try to re-pair with a remote control and the machine. There are several methods for pairing, which will be explained in detail in our video. Please pair following the operation.
