I love my 360 booth it came in 3 days everything was in it ..they even made my logo for free once I sent it to them after I got my 360 ..I reached out to them with my concerns they fixed it with no problems definitely recommend ordering from them ..they reach out to you making sure that u got everything and making sure your a happy customer..if u need any help with the app theyll guild u and sent u info helping with the concern. I haven’t really use it yet to know exactly how the app works but once I’m ready I’m sure I can reach out to them again ..they been such a big help! Thanks again zanogi

I’m an event planner so I am always looking to add things to my business! I got this at a great price! I have not had any issues thus far! I absolutely love the sellers communication! She checked on me from the day I purchased the item! And I didn’t know how to work the app and she got me tech support pretty quick! The communication turn around is amazing! And I love they are always available to help with any questions! Also delivery was pretty quick! It is HEAVY so be aware that you will need help at events! But it feels sturdy! I haven’t used mine at an event yet! Will update later when I use it at an event!

I received my 360 and it was really easy to assemble I did have problems adding music so I contacted customer service and Brandon called me back the next day he was very patient and he walked me through adding the music his customer service was excellent he even did a follow up call two days later and I still can’t take him for troubleshooting and he responds very timely this photo booth was a very good purchase and I am considering buying another one I highly recommend this vendor became I’m a stickler for customer service. They also took my order for the custom logo and they designed it exactly how I wanted it.
